Cancellation and validity
Cancellation of a participation
You can cancel your participation until 9 am the day of via the site or by sending an email.
Validity of the subscriptions
The valid duration is mentioned when you buy your subscription and take course the date of buying it. The subscriptions are never reimbursed or prolonged, except for medical reasons or in the case of cancelation of an activity by us (reimbursement to the proportion of the sessions resting on the card). If an initially programmed course is canceled, the subscription can be prolonged by one week on demand.
There are no courses during school breaks. This cannot be appealed to for prolonging a subscription because the valid duration is already included in school breaks.
