Pilates is a gentle gym method which is very accessible and very popular with sportsmen and pregnant women.

In the space of a few decades, this method has seduced numerous celebrities and millions of practitioners. With over 500 exercises and sometimes surprising equipment, it aims to strengthen core muscles, but differently.
